Your (Sun)Days With Us
We are looking for a data-driven Director of Growth Marketing. In this role, you’ll drive growth for the business by leading the strategy and execution of campaigns across our digital and offline acquisition channels.
Your Part in the Pack
- Assist in defining brand identity and strategy and then translate that brand story into a full-fledged marketing plan that fuels brand awareness, engagement, purchase, and retention
- Ensure that customer experience is positive by effectively anticipating and addressing all customer concerns.
- Determine success metrics and performance reporting across all digital media channels measuring the effectiveness of e-marketing activities and making recommendations to alter the marketing plan as warranted****
- Coach and develop Growth Marketing team to build a best-in-class marketing org
- Proactively ideate and execute general marketing projects beyond digital as necessary
- Develop an acquisition plan for e-marketing targets (newsletter subscribers, FB fans, site visitors, etc.) while defining strong goals for projected e-commerce metrics
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum of six years of marketing experience at DTC brands with knowledge in paid and organic search, social and digital advertising, and e-commerce optimization across web and mobile
- Exceptional skills in marketing leadership and brand strategic thinking
- Has experience leading teams of 3 or greater and has effectively managed external partners (agencies, vendors, etc.)
- Highly analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions with imperfect or incomplete information
- A strong strategic thinker who can flex between long-term planning and fast, day-to-day optimizations, see the connections/synergies between our DTC and large brand opportunities.
